Zibo Xiangrun supply several types of activated alumina beads with professional team.

Water adsorption appears in a large number of applications, like air conditioning and industrial gas drying. Activated alumina beads figures prominently among the ways to remove water from air or gas streams; it is particularly suited to drying compressed air and to drying  gases having high relative humidities. It features low cost, chemical and physical resistance, regenerability and high capacity for  retaining water. The high quality activated aluminas we are producing to satisfy these needs are based on a half-century of knowhow and experience in  alumina development and activated alumina production.




A manufacturing plant of Xiangrun and Bairui first began to produce alumina in 2010 year. Since then, the site has been a major producer of alumina and catalysts.




We professionally produce XR101 activated alumina in spheres of various diameters for air drying and purification, 1.5-3  mm or 1/16" (7 x 14 mesh) , 3-5 mm or 1/8" (4 x 8 mesh) , 4-6mm, 6-8 mm(2.5 x 5  mesh) , 8-10mm or other size beads.  We could produce activated alumina microsphere, like  0.5-1mm, 1-2mm, 1.5-2.5mm, 2-3mm and customized microspheres.
 







The advantage:
 The activated alumina bead has been specifically developed for air drying. A smooth aspect of the bead has been  designed for improved mechanical properties. Very high attrition resistance and crush strength are combined with high surface area and static adsorption capacity to give XR101 activated alumina desiccant the features required for  the most demanding and safest drying operating conditions. XR101 activated  alumina enables longer life duration and thus provides direct savings by way of  fewer adsorbent bed replacements. Transport, loading, disposal and administrative  costs are reduced as well.

 Q: What time is storage life of activated alumina?
 A: Usually, it is about 2 years in good  storage. Before using, if the condition permit, please heat them at about 350?..
 Q: What documents you provide?
 A: Usually, we provide Commercial Invoice,  Packing List, Bill of loading, COA , and Certificate of Origin. If your markets  have any special requirements, let us know.
